On the 7th April the Receiver sent out a media release notifying everyone that he had put a proposal to the Board. At this stage those negotiations have been ongoing. Since this release the Club has suffered quite badly in terms of trade, as some people thought that meant we were closing. Not to mention that the weather has been erratic and brought the cold early.
Due to these factors the Rowers is now open 6 days a week Tuesday – Sunday (Closed from 5pm Sundays). So remember Monday P/Hol will be closed. The rest of the time we offer the same great facilities: Mouth watering food, refreshing beverages, TAB and Keno and of course great customer service.
The restaurant over the years continues to excel. For several years it has been finalist to the Restaurant and Caterers Award, last year it won Best Restaurant in the Inner West, as voted by you and now this year it has been awarded 5 stars with the Councils program for cleanliness and freshness of food and its preparation. Members and Guests you have the confidence that not only will you be served popular food but it’s prepared in the best standards, “how good’s that!”
For the month of June and July we are asking our Members to bring a friend to the Club. Bring them to the Bar and introduce us, show us your membership card and you the Member will receive one free drink that day (no bottles or cocktails). This is only valid to our Members.
